Refunds Policy
Please read this policy carefully before purchasing BranexHost's services.
Refunds Policy
- If BranexHost fails to resolve a support or service issue, the client may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Refund requests submitted after 7 days will not be accepted.
- No refund will be issued once a domain registration has been completed or a domain transfer has been initiated.
- VPS and Dedicated Server services are completely non-refundable.
- Reseller Hosting has no money-back guarantee.
- If a service is cancelled, suspended, or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be provided.
- Account credit balance is non-refundable and may only be used to purchase services.
- Cancellation requests submitted outside the client area will not be processed.
- Once a cancellation request has been submitted, the account cannot be reactivated. A new package must be purchased.
Cancellation & Refunds Procedure
- To cancel a service, submit a cancellation request from the client area. Click the icon next to the package you wish to cancel, select "Request Cancellation", complete the form, and submit.
- After submitting the cancellation request, open a ticket in the Billing Department. Processing may take 1 to 15 days depending on the payment gateway.
- All refunds are subject to deduction of sending charges, gateway charges, and cash-out charges.
Immediate Cancellation means your package will be deleted within 1–24 hours of submitting the request.
End of Billing Period means the package remains active until the last billing date and then cancels automatically. This option is not eligible for refund.

If you request a refund of your account credit balance, the refund will be processed within 1 minute to 1 hour. Please mention "Credit Balance Refund" in your ticket.
