Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using BranexHost's services.

Introduction

BranexHost is an IT company operating in the ICT sector. We have been providing domain registration, web hosting, web servers, website design and development, and related services. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using any BranexHost service. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

Privacy Policy

BranexHost is the sole owner of the information collected on our website. To use our services, a user must complete a registration form. In certain special cases, the user may be required to provide a government-issued ID (NID) or other documents for verification purposes.

Cases where documentation may be requested:

  1. Changing the account email or other critical account information
  2. Account verification requests
  3. When a domain or hosting service is suspended for any reason
  4. For BDIX service provisioning

All information provided will be kept strictly confidential. BranexHost does not sell, share, or distribute your personal data to third parties except as required by law.

Delivery of Services
  1. Domain registration, web hosting, VPS, email hosting, and reseller hosting are delivered instantly upon payment confirmation.
  2. Other services may take 5 minutes up to a maximum of 72 hours for delivery.
  3. If an invoice shows as unpaid after successful gateway payment, please open a support ticket. Resolution may take 6–72 hours.
Manual Payments: Manual payments (bKash, Rocket, Nagad, Bank Transfer) may take 5 minutes to 12 hours to be verified and applied.
Warning: If the invoice number is incorrectly provided as a reference during manual payment, the refund will not be accepted.
Refund Policy
  1. Shared Hosting: Full refund available within 7 days of purchase for any reason.
  2. Domain: No refund once domain registration or transfer has commenced.
  3. VPS / Dedicated Server: Completely non-refundable.
  4. Reseller Hosting: No money-back guarantee.
  5. No refund will be issued if a service is suspended or terminated due to policy violation.
  6. Account credit balance is non-refundable and may only be used to purchase services.
  7. Refund requests will not be accepted after a service has been renewed.
  8. No refund or credit will be provided for service downgrades.
  9. Cancellation requests are only accepted from the client area. Requests submitted through other channels will not be processed.
  10. An account cannot be reactivated after a cancellation request has been submitted.
  11. All refunds are subject to deduction of applicable gateway and processing charges.
Credit balance refunds are processed within 1 minute to 1 hour.

BranexHost provides 24/7 support via support tickets, live chat, call center, and social media messaging.

Note: Technical support is only available via support tickets. Live chat, call center, and social media channels handle sales and general inquiries only.

Support Levels & Response Times:

  • L1 & L2 Support (Basic & Medium) — Response: 5 minutes to 1 hour
  • L3 Support (Advanced) — Response: 1 hour to 6 hours
  • Billing & General Support — Response: 1 hour to 24 hours
  • Third-Party Issues — May take 1 to 7 days depending on the third party
  • Phone Support — Always low priority; please use live chat or tickets instead
Domain Registration
  1. No refund is available once a domain has been registered.
  2. The client is fully responsible for providing correct information at the time of ordering.
  3. After registration, check your email for a verification link. Failure to confirm will result in domain suspension.
  4. Domains must be renewed before expiry. Late renewal incurs additional fees, and transfers are not permitted on expired domains.
  5. Domains may be suspended without prior notice for DMCA, spamming, trademark, or phishing reports.
  6. WHMCS is provided as the domain management panel. Requests for alternative panels will not be accepted.
  7. Please review registry terms before purchasing. If the registry suspends a domain, BranexHost cannot intervene.
  8. The customer is responsible if Google, Facebook, or BTCL blocks the domain.
  9. Domains may not be used for adult content or anti-state activities.
Domain Reseller
  1. Domain reseller funds are non-refundable and must be used exclusively for domain registration.
  2. BranexHost will not disclose the upstream registration source. A management panel will be provided for domain administration.
Hosting Policy
  1. cPanel Responsibility: After purchasing hosting, you are responsible for understanding your cPanel. Changes made without proper understanding are your liability.
  2. Prohibited Use: Adult content, betting, gambling, and illegal sites are strictly prohibited. Violation results in immediate suspension without notice.
  3. Third-Party Blocks: BranexHost is not responsible if Facebook or other platforms block your domain after hosting purchase.
  4. Payment: Hosting is deleted without notice if payment is 7 days overdue. Data cannot be recovered after deletion.
  5. Storage: Shared hosting may not be used as a storage platform for video or audio files.
  6. DMCA: Hosting may be suspended or terminated without notice for DMCA, spamming, or phishing reports.
  7. Email: No email delivery guarantee on shared hosting. Bulk email marketing is not permitted.
  8. Backup: BranexHost is not responsible for data loss. Maintain your own backups via cPanel. Auto remote backups (7/14 day) are provided without guarantee.
  9. Migration: Free cPanel-to-cPanel migration is available. Manual migration is charged at ৳500–৳2,000.
  10. Suspended Account Backup: Backup of suspended or terminated accounts costs ৳500 and is kept for 7 days only.

VPS / Dedicated Server Policy
  1. NID Requirement: A government-issued NID card must be provided for BDIX VPS and all Dedicated Server orders.
  2. Cancellation Notice: At least 1 month advance notice is required for cancellation. Otherwise the next month's bill must be paid.
  3. Refund Policy: No refund is offered for VPS, Dedicated Server, or Reseller Hosting services.
  4. CPU Usage: Sustained CPU load above 0.9 may result in VPS suspension.
  5. Backup: No default backup is provided for VPS or Dedicated Servers. Creating a backup strategy is the customer's responsibility.

Website Policy
  1. The customer must understand everything at the time of website delivery. If the website is damaged due to changes or deletions made by the customer after delivery, the customer is fully responsible and will be charged a fee for repairs.
  2. All website themes use GPL-licensed code unless a premium exclusive license is purchased. For premium themes, exclusive usage rights are granted to that specific client only.
Note: After website delivery, claims of "I didn't do anything" or "I did it without understanding" are not acceptable, as the complete working website was handed over at delivery.
Account & Payments
  1. BranexHost reserves the right to close a customer account without assigning any reason.
  2. After registration, an account cannot be removed or deleted, but information may be updated subject to verification.
  3. You must register with accurate and complete information. NID or other documents may be requested for verification.
  4. Misconduct: Misbehavior with BranexHost staff will result in immediate account suspension or closure with no possibility of reactivation.
  5. Payments: Unauthorized payments will be refunded via the same channel within 1–7 days. A late fee is added 5 days after the bill due date. BranexHost may modify package pricing at any time without prior notice.

Overdue Invoice Actions

  • Shared / Reseller Hosting: Day 1–2: No action → Day 3: Suspended → Day 7: Terminated
  • VPS: Day 1–2: No action → Day 3: Suspended → Day 4: Terminated
  • Dedicated Server: Suspended immediately upon invoice becoming overdue
Changes to the Terms of Service

BranexHost reserves the right to revise these policies at any time without prior notice.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
